Built on clarity

Lex grew up in Palmetto, Florida, where he played high school football before earning a Construction Management degree from Florida Gulf Coast University. He has spent several years on job sites as a superintendent, coordinating foundations, slabs, and residential shell work across the state. When he is not on a pour, he plays guitar. At Lex Built he leads Operations.

Lucas grew up in Key Largo and played football at Coral Shores High School before spending his freshman year at Ave Maria University, where he also played college football. He graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a degree in Financial Analysis and Management, and spent three years volunteering in youth ministry at Ocean Church. He still loves football (Go Giants!) and builds the software behind estimating, job costing, and client communication from his previous experience in building software. At Lex Built he leads Finance and Tech.
